White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies – YUM!

It’s way too cold…. and it makes me want some warm cookies.  Also, I went to the doctor yesterday, and he told me that I need to be exercising my fingers…. so…. sounds like I need to bake cookies, right?!

Here is the recipe:

1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter

1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar

1 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)

2 Eggs (room temperature)

1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

3 Cups Unsifted Flour

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

2 Cups White Chocolate Chips

1 1/2 Cups Chopped Macadamia Nuts

Preheat oven to 350.  Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.  Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, and beat well.  Blend in flour, baking soda, and salt.  Stir in chips and nuts.  Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.  Bake for 10 minutes.

All mixed up

All Done - MMM!
